Health & Safety

PURPOSE

It is the purpose of this document to set out the Health and Safety Policy of Keighley RAYNET as required by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

GENERAL POLICY

 It is the policy of Keighley RAYNET: 

• To safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all its members whilst undertaking RAYNET activities and to provide so far as is reasonably practicable a working environment which is safe and without risk to health. 
   
• To recognise its obligation to meet all relevant legislative requirements pertaining to health and safety, which apply to any of the organisation’s undertakings. 
   
• To ensure that competent persons are appointed to advise on health and safety matters. 
   
• To control, monitor and review the policy at committee meetings.
